Our approach
ClyGo uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and engineering target for its public website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification, and some experiences may continue to improve as the service develops.
What the public website supports
- Semantic page landmarks and logical heading structure
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Labels and instructions for public forms
- Readable color contrast and scalable text
- Reduced-motion preferences
- Responsive layouts for zoom and smaller screens
- Alternative text or accessible treatment for meaningful visuals
Tell us about a barrier
If a page, form, link, or app experience is difficult to use, contact ClyGo Support. Include the page or feature, the problem you encountered, and any assistive technology or browser information you are comfortable sharing. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity, payment, or license information.
Report an Accessibility IssueResponse and alternatives
ClyGo will review accessibility reports and, where reasonably possible, provide the same information or service through an alternative method while the underlying issue is addressed.
