Item eligibility
Some things should never enter the network.
ClyGo is designed for eligible, accurately described local deliveries. Some items are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the supported service.
This list is not exhaustive.
An item may be refused when it creates a safety, legal, vehicle, packaging, service-area, or operational concern—even if it is not named below.
Illegal or stolen items
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances outside an expressly supported lawful program
- Stolen property or items obtained through fraud
- Items whose transport violates a law, court order, or regulation
Weapons and dangerous materials
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon components
- Hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, or biohazards
- Fuel, leaking batteries, or dangerous materials not expressly accepted
People, animals, and sensitive contents
- People or passenger transportation
- Live animals unless a future service expressly approves the category
- Human remains, organs, blood, or medical specimens outside an approved program
Cash and high-risk property
- Cash, negotiable instruments, or cash equivalents
- Unpackaged precious metals, irreplaceable art, or unsupported high-value goods
- Passwords, access credentials, or undisclosed keys intended for unlawful entry
Unsafe or misrepresented loads
- Items that exceed the stated size, weight, quantity, or vehicle requirement
- Unsecured, leaking, infested, contaminated, or inadequately packaged items
- Anything concealed from the driver or materially different from the request
Restricted goods
- Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or regulated goods unless the category is expressly supported and lawful
- Perishable goods requiring controls ClyGo has not confirmed
- Property that requires a license, permit, custody process, or equipment not available for the delivery
