1. This is an expression of interest
ClyGo uses the prelaunch form to understand potential driver coverage, vehicle capacity, service interests, and general availability before onboarding opens in a market.
2. Information collected at this stage
The public form may request contact and launch-area information, general vehicle details, equipment and handling capabilities, service-area preferences, availability, and readiness statements.
It does not request a Social Security number, date of birth, driver-license or insurance-policy number, bank information, or identity, license, insurance, registration, or background-check documents. Do not place those details in free-text fields or Support messages.
3. Protected onboarding happens later
If onboarding opens and ClyGo invites you to continue, later steps may separately require identity, age, eligibility, driving-record, background, vehicle, registration, insurance, tax, payout, safety, and other reviews permitted or required for the role and location. ClyGo will identify the protected process and provide any additional notice or authorization required before that information is submitted.
An invitation to continue is not final approval. Access may depend on market need, accurate information, completed agreements, successful reviews, and continuing eligibility.
4. Potential driver relationship
ClyGo is preparing an independent-contractor driver network where legally permitted. The prelaunch form does not create employment, set work hours, require acceptance of future offers, or establish final contractor terms. Any eventual relationship is governed by the agreement and law applicable when onboarding is completed.
5. Contact verification and optional updates
Email and text-message choices are separate. ClyGo sends launch or onboarding updates only through options you select and confirm. You may change preferences through a secure link, and you may reply STOP to eligible ClyGo text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
See the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Terms.
6. Questions or corrections
Use ClyGo Support if you need help with an interest submission or believe information was submitted without your permission. Do not send sensitive verification documents through the public support form.
